All Plastek molding equipment is cooled by a sophisticated chilled water system. Cold water is pumped at high speeds into machines and molds for optimal heat dispersion and reduced cycle times. Approximately __ gallons of water are used every day in the cooling process.

Our White Room facility provides an environmentally controlled production area for molding, assembly, and labeling of product for various applications, such as pharmaceuticals and primary packaging for foods. Controls include: a HEPA filtration system, positive air pressure, material handling controls, and stringent gowning and cleaning requirements.
There is also a well-equipped metrology lab on site to provide dimensional analysis and functional testing. The quality system is certified to both the ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13485:2003 standards.
